About Steve
Once upon a time I took a road trip down the east coast and ended up in Raleigh. I fell in love with the area, the weather, and the people and knew I’d found home.
I purchased my first home shortly thereafter and started getting my hands dirty in real estate (literally) with renovations. I later purchased an investment property and received my MBA, which inspired me to turn real estate into my full time business.
When I’m not with clients you’ll find me grabbing a beer at the newest local brewery, searching for the next hidden gem restaurant, mingling at Cars and Coffee events, or exploring trails with my wife and our two dogs.
If you are feeling nervous about relocating or purchasing your first home, searching for that diamond in the rough, or just looking for a great new local spot to try, I’m your guy!

Don't know the area? No problem! We'll use tools like video conferencing to make sure you get the whole picture.
Rental Properties
We'll take a look at the market and the competition to estimate your monthly rental income and talk about updates to maximize ROI. I can share my experience and help you decide if managing it yourself or hiring a third-party is best for you.
"Sweat Equity"
Some homes have "good bones" but need a little bit of love. With basic renovations like new paint, fixtures, or floors you can immediately increase the value. By looking for these types of properties we can maximize your returns when (and if!) you decide to sell. I'll even show you how to use a saw.
